Homebuyers report and valuation
A report on the state of repair and the likely market value of the property, particularly suitable for the prospective purchaser.

Included:
  • Inspection of all visible and accessible parts of the property.
  • Inspection of the roof space if there is access to a roof-hatch.
  • A report on the condition of the property and an opinion of its quality and soundness.
  • Reporting of minor defects which may not affect the value, but may affect your decision to purchase.
  • A valuation which advises whether the asking price of the property is realistic.
Excluded:
  • Inspection of the roof space where there is no accessible hatch.
  • Under-floor inspection or floor inspection involving removal of fitted carpets and/or furniture.
  • Test of services such as drains.
